Expression of Interest - 'As it should be'

Join us for an interactive discussion with Minister Washington on how we create ecosystems of care for children, families and communities.
📅 Wednesday 30 October 2024
⏱️
9:30am - 12:00pm
📍
Gadigal Land - The Hub, 223 Liverpool St Darlinghurst

🔵 A rural and regional scholarship will be made available of $250 per organisation.

This Ministerial meeting is an important chance for the sector to showcase the complexity of the work provided by TEI, FCS and Family Preservation services, and how it is through collaboration across differing parts of the sector that an eco-system of care is created to support children and young people within families.

Our goal is for the Minister to leave with a deep understanding of how each part of the system—from playgroups to parenting programs to family preservation—contributes to the wellbeing of children and families, and that by fully funding early intervention and prevention efforts, we can leverage our strengths to truly support children and young people to thrive within their family.

To do this, we will be facilitating a case study panel discussion and then follow up with an “"Insight" style facilitated discussion.
