Fams has been generously offered five places for our sector to attend A Smarter Investment: The Economics of Early Intervention, a National Child Protection Week luncheon hosted by Marist180 with support from Commonwealth Bank.

The event will bring together leaders from across government, community services, philanthropy, business and research to explore an important question:

If we know early support changes lives, what will it take to make it the investment priority it should be?

The conversation will draw on new research commissioned by Fams and undertaken by Lumenia, exploring the social and economic value of investing in Community and Family Support Services.

Fams CEO Susan Watson will also be speaking at the luncheon, bringing the perspective of our sector to the conversation on why investing earlier in children and families matters.
