Amplify the Smartest Dollar - Expression of Interest

Fams is excited to announce that EOIs are open for our Amplify the Smartest Dollar Project.

This project is an opportunity for NSW CAFS funded organisations to use their DEX reports to identify and celebrate stories of social impact as well as, enhancing their advocacy efforts.

Together, we can contribute to the growing body of evidence that earlier supports are one of the most effective and responsible investments the NSW Government can make.


Successful organisations will receive:

  1. Online briefing session (1.5 hours) on 17th September 2026
  2. Face to face workshop in Sydney with For-Purpose Evaluations on 15th October 2026
  3. Written review of your impact report by For-Purpose Evaluations
  4. An online coaching session with For-Purpose Evaluations to finalise your report and prepare you for presentations

Who Should Attend?

We are looking for 1 Project Champion from each organisation who is able to do the following:

  • Access or obtain relevant DEX reporting
  • Understands CAFS-funded services and outcomes
  • Can influence organisational advocacy activities
  • Has organisational support to participate

Organisations can nominate a second representative to be waitlisted in instances where these responsibilities are shared across roles.

Commitment Required

  • A Project Champion from your organisation committed to attend the online induction session and face-to-face workshop
  • An interest in amplifying your organisation’s data to demonstrate outcomes
  • Some in-between session work to finalise outcomes materials
  • The estimated time commitment for successful candidates is 12-15 hours including the in-person workshop

Eligibility

We will be looking for organisations who enter the following into the DEX portal:

1.      CAFS Minimum Data Set requirements (extended dataset preferred)

2.      Paired SCORE data 

3.      Internal and external referrals


Bursaries of up to $300 per organisation will be made available for eligible Regional/Remote Organisations.

Successful organisations may be required to utilise some de-identified data to develop project collateral. Neither Fams or For-Purpose Evaluations will not store or utilise this data for any purposes outside of this project.
